Connect The 3CX Mobile App On Your Smart Phone


You will need your 3CX Welcome email to connect your 3CX app. You can request one form us here
Connecting your smart phone to your 3CX instance is a fairly simple process:
  1. Download the 3CX app from the appropriate App store (Most Android and iOS devices supported)
  2. Launch the 3CX Mobile App
  3. Click the menu in the top left of the App
  4. Select Scan QR code
  5. Open your 3CX Welcome email
  6. Point your camera at the QR code
  7. The app will link in your extension automagically
  8. Once connected you should see a green square in the top right of the app, signaling you are connected and ready to take calls
