Record Your 3CX Voicemail Greeting

The Voicemail Greeting recording is played before a caller is asked to leave a message. To update your 3CX Dial By Name Directory recording instead, please view the article posted here.


To record your greeting for your 3CX voicemail, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your voicemail on your desk phone or in the phone app
  2. Dial 9 (For mailbox options)
  3. Dial 8 (For changing your greeting)
  4. Follow the prompts to record your greeting
