Google Workspace - How to Create an Admin Account Without a License
Here's a brief guide on how to create a Google Workspace admin account for use by TechPeer.
o If you’re creating an account for us make sure that you’ve added a Cloud Identity Free subscription to your Google Workspace account if you don’t have that already. That can be done by logging into your admin console and going to Billing > Subscriptions and then choosing to add a subscription. Choose “Cloud Identity Free” as shown below. This will then allow you to create a new user without assigning a license. For the login we’d suggest something like tpadmin@yourdomain or something of that nature. We’ll make sure to enable 2FA on the account right away.

o Once you’ve created the account you can open the user and then assign the Super Admin role to it here:
